Booking and Cancellation terms for individual bookings

Guests who have reservations via Booking.com or Expedia must contact their booking service provider in cancellation situations.

We recommend our clients to take travel insurance to cover the costs of exceptional changes and cases. In a force majeure situation, the guest can cancel the reservation free of charge. In such cases, a 50 € office fee will be deducted from advanced payments. In this case, please get in touch with the hotel directly.

Force majeure can be defined as an event beyond the control of the hotel, such as a power outage, fire, strike, lockout, natural disaster, earthquake, epidemic or another event that prevents or substantially restricts the operation of the hotel. Government decisions and changes in legislation that prevent or substantially restrict the operation of a hotel also constitute force majeure.
